General Information

• Art Requirements:
  Original board artwork or film. If not available, a High-Resolution black & white print or clear copy on non-porous paper. (No Fax Copies Please). All art is centered and made to fill the label unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to charge for designing art or extensive touch-up. Customer will be contacted with additional cost.

• Proofs:
  It is required that all new orders & revisions be proof read and signed by the customer to avoid any costly printing errors. All proofs will be faxed or mailed to you. Production is not started until art has been approved.

• Ink Choices:
  There are six basic ink colors to choose from: Black, Red, Green, Reflex Blue, Brown, and Process Blue. PMS colors are available for an additional charge. Charges apply to new and repeat orders.

• Shapes & Sizes:
  We have various shapes & sizes available. Browse through our die lists.

• Production Schedules:
  Regular production time: 8-10 working days. Production time is based on receipt of complete artwork & order.

• Shipping:
  We can ship your order regular UPS, UPS Next Day Air, FedEx Express Saver and FedEx Ground. All shipping amounts will be invoiced with your order.
